Welcome to Bloom Balance Accounting (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of our bookkeeping, tax preparation, and advisory services, as well as your interactions with us through our website, bookkeeping and tax software, email, or phone.

1. Services Offered

We provide the following professional services:

  • Bookkeeping Services: Monthly financial tracking, reconciliation, and reporting using Xero.

  • Tax Preparation Services: Preparation and filing of federal and state tax returns using Intuit ProConnect.

  • Advisory Services: Customized financial or tax advice based on your business needs.

All services are tailored to individuals and small business owners in the United States.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely, accurate, and complete financial information.

  • Respond to requests for documentation or clarification promptly.

  • Use our secure portal (TaxDome) for document sharing and communication when requested.

Failure to provide necessary information may delay or prevent us from completing services.

3. Payment Terms

  • Bookkeeping Services: Billed monthly and due upon receipt.

  • Tax Preparation Services: A flat fee is due upfront before work begins.

  • Advisory Services: Pricing and billing will be disclosed in writing prior to engagement and based on the specific scope of work.

We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if payments are not made on time.

4. Confidentiality & Data Security

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all your financial and personal information. We use secure systems including to manage and store client data.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Monthly services may be canceled with 15 days written notice.

  • Tax preparation services are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Advisory service cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, based on the portion of work completed.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, we are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by client inaction or incomplete information.

  • Tax liabilities, penalties, or interest resulting from client-provided errors or omissions.

  • Decisions made by you or your business based on financial reports without professional consultation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Georgia state law.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or sent to you directly.
